This is picture I took recently while I was in Oklahoma. I wanted to post it... well mainly because I thought it turned out really well and I'm kind of proud of it. But also because when I see something like this it’s hard not to be in awe.
I know this is an arbitrary point and it proves absolutely nothing. But when I see something like this - whether it’s a small stream like this or something majestic like the Grand Canyon or Yosemite National Park - it makes me pause and realize how stunning nature truly is. It’s hard for me to believe something that beautiful could simply be random.
If you haven’t lately, I definitely encourage you to take a second to stop and take in the beauty of the nature around you. If you live in an urban area, just look up at the sky in the evening and consider how vast and incredible it is.
Do you ever stop for a minute and just stare up into the sky sometimes? When you do, doesn't it make you wonder how it all started and where it all came from? Or am I the only weirdo that does that?
